OCCUPANCY & HOUSE RULES No parties or events. Occupancy limits must not be exceeded. Loud music, illegal activity, fireworks, or firearms are strictly prohibited. Violation may result in immediate eviction without refund.
POOL, STAIRS & SAFETY DISCLAIMER If the property includes a swimming pool or stairs, the guest(s) assumes full responsibility for their own safety and that of any accompanying individuals while using these features. No lifeguard on duty. The guest(s) acknowledges that the property includes stairs which may be steep or slippery, especially when wet. The guest agrees to take reasonable precautions.
CLEANING & PROPERTY CONDITION Guest agrees to leave the property in the same general condition as upon arrival. Excessive cleaning, damage, or missing items may result in additional charges. PETS No pets allowed unless expressly authorized in writing. Unauthorized pets may result in eviction and fees. SMOKING Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the unit. Violation will result in additional cleaning charges. MAINTENANCE & RIGHT OF ENTRY Guest agrees Agent may enter the property as necessary for repairs, inspections, emergencies, or rule enforcement. INDEMNIFICATION & HOLD HARMLESS Guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Owner and ISLA SPI Rentals LLC from all claims, damages, injuries, or losses arising from Guest's stay or use of the property.
