It is a great location we were on the 7th level with parking garage only accommodating 1st and 2nd levels. It's a tad rough when you're traveling with toddlers and luggage. Our second day electricity and water pressure went out. My daughter called around 0900 to inform of the outage issue. They said they were working on another unit and would get to our unit within 2 hours. After 2 hours I emailed to get an update as our power was still not restored. They emailed back stating they would be servicing soon. It finally came on got a late start to our Friday. Other than that the condo could definitely withstand a fresh update ie. new bathroom vanities, new bathroom mirror completely scratched up. They have all things kitchen utensils and cookware. We had an easy check-in and the host was always responsive. The condo was clean and as expected. You can't beat the location! Getting to and from the beach was a breeze.
