Beachview 101

I have stayed at the Beachview Condos 4 times in 4 different units over the past 5 years. This unit was the cleanest of all the units. It had the nicest showers. The decor is as shown in the pictures. I liked the keyless entry which is nice to come straight to the unit without having to pick up a key. The beach access is very convenient right across the street. The pool is great and you can see the fireworks while relaxing in the hot tub. I have rented units on both the first and second floor. I prefer the first floor because there is not an elevator so lugging around your beach stuff is easier if you don't have to walk stairs. The units in this building are functionally the same so it comes down to how updated the unit is and cost. This unit was not the cheapest I have stayed in but it was the nicest and the host was very responsive. I would stay at this unit again when I come back to SPI next summer. - (Jul 2025 - Airbnb)

Loved our stay! Walking distance to the beach and other places. Pool was nice! The only thing was the WiFi was not working but it wasn't a big issue since we spent most of our time outdoors, other than that everything was great! We will definitely be going back. - (Jun 2025 - Airbnb)

This condo is comfortable and nicely decorated, just across the street from the #6 beach access walkway and about 300 steps to be on the beach. Parking is also very close to the front door, making it a breeze to load/ unload your vehicle. Kitchen is well equipped for meal preparation and bathrooms are nice and clean. Beds are soft and comfortable, but I might bring my own pillow next time. The owner is friendly and even came by to address a minor problem.
