This unit was IMMACULATE, even better than the pictures! The view is INSANE! It's a true beachfront unit with the most beautiful views of the beach. The place is decorated so thoughtfully and beautifully! Easy to find, things to do in walking distance or a short 3-5 minute driving distance. The kitchen is well stocked with any dishes, utensils, appliances you would need. If you plan to cook, bring salt and pepper, oil, etc. because there is none. There is also a coffee pot and a keurig but no ground coffee or k-pods so bring your coffee if you plan to drink any on the beautiful, spacious patio! The unit was right on the beach as advertised. You could hear the rolling waves with the sliders open. The only negative for someone staying there is that there is no cable tv but that didn't matter so much to us because we watched streamed shows. The company managing the unit were very responsive and brought us beach towels when we couldn't find any in the condo. Overall we were pleased with our stay. - (Nov 2023)

This rental was wonderful! Just as described, with a beautiful view. Check in is easy and the front desk folks are very helpful. Unit was also very clean and toiletries were provided. No stove is provided in the unit but there is a toaster oven that works well, and a microwave and toaster can be found in the pantry closet. They even had beach chairs available for use - located in the storage chest on the balcony. Only thing to note is both the private hot tub, and more public hot tub and pool space are both under renovations at the time and are not available for use. If those are deal breaker amenities, I'd recommend checking with Isla-SPI rentals on the completion status of those before booking. Overall, would recommend! - (Oct 2023 - Airbnb)

We spent four days at this property and were very happy with the location of the condo and the view. The balcony was the biggest of every condo balcony we have ever stayed in at the beach. We sat out on the patio each morning watching the sunrise and drinking coffee. The condo was clean and cozy, great decor with a definite coastal design and decor. We felt very " at home" and comfortable. There is not a dishwasher and there is a clothes washer, but not a dryer, so if we were staying for an extended amount of time we would probably not pick this unit, but wonderful for a short beach stay and getaway. The air did not seem to cool to the degree we were hoping, as it was a bit hot and sticky in the condo at times. Overall I would definitely recommend staying here. - (May 2023 - Airbnb)

We enjoyed stay very much. Plaxe was super clean. Bed was amazing. View from balcony was breath taking! At time of our stay only 1 elevator was working so a couple of times it took too long for the elevator to arrive. The lock was a little tricky as deadbolt was off center. But figured it out. The only thing I wish was different was the main couch . It was very uncomfortable.But other seating so wasn't major issue. Was a great place for my wife and I. We will definitely book here again! Pleasant, the room was quiet, comfortable and very clean! Having a fully stocked kitchen with a full size fridge was a plus and this is a good reflection on the owner. The televisions and cable was exceptional! This is also a good reflection on the owner. The bed and linens were all high quality, also a good reflection on the owner! All the bathroom necessities were provided in ample quantities. The gift of tote bag, bottles of water and snacks was very generous. Thank you Isla Properties.
