Nice cozy place in a great location close to the beach but needs a few upgrades. Mattresses are old and uncomfortable. Didn't have a good night sleep. Also, it was raining and water was creeping in through balcony doors. The door strike plate was also missing and anyone could just kick the door open. I gave it a 4 Star rating because of proximity to beach and ocean view so if that's your thing then you should be all right. - (Oct 2021)

Old building so a little dated but stay was great and peaceful. Only two floors so no elevator to second floor, about 10 stairs total so beware when booking top floor. Twin beds were not comfortable to my 12 and 20 year old, definitely for younger guests. - (Sep 2021)

This was everything we were looking for. Just off the beach with beach access from the back porch, this was a rare find and best bang for your buck! Our kids were ablento go back and forth from the Condo to the beach and couldn't get enough of how it felt like home with Dad cooking and grilling. Not to mention, we were able to walk across the street to get boogie boards and other items which didn't require me to get in the car! Another just for that! We even walked to Wingstop one night that was just 2 streets away! Our kiddos hated to have to go home! We definitely will be back! Thanks for the memories! - (Jul 2021)
