If your looking for a small quiet complex on the bay, look no further. This nice 1 bedroom 1 bath condo sleeps 4. This condo offers a nice size pool with plenty of seating around the courtyard. Just steps away from the bay, where you can enjoy fireworks every Thursday and Friday evenings at 9:15 p.m. from Louie's Back yard beggining Memorial Day to Labor Day. This condo offers a barbeque are outside the perimeter of the complex. There are plenty of water sports and night life just steps away. Cross over Padre Blvd to beach acces 11 which is handicap accessible with restrooms for you to enjoy a great day at the beach with all its ammenities.

To comply with city rules, ALL guest(s) must read the following and provide a photo ID after booking. This is for house rules, safety, and liability purposes only.

AGE REQUIREMENTS Minimum age to rent is 23 years old.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT Check-in time is 4:00 PM. Check-out time is 10:00 AM.

No refunds for delayed arrival, early departure, inclement weather, or reduction in nights stayed.
OCCUPANCY & HOUSE RULES No parties or events. Occupancy limits must not be exceeded. Loud music, illegal activity, fireworks, or firearms are strictly prohibited. Violation may result in immediate eviction without refund.
POOL, STAIRS & SAFETY DISCLAIMER If the property includes a swimming pool or stairs, the guest(s) assumes full responsibility for their own safety and that of any accompanying individuals while using these features. No lifeguard on duty. The guest(s) acknowledges that the property includes stairs which may be steep or slippery, especially when wet. The guest agrees to take reasonable precautions.
CLEANING & PROPERTY CONDITION Guest agrees to leave the property in the same general condition as upon arrival. Excessive cleaning, damage, or missing items may result in additional charges. PETS No pets allowed unless expressly authorized in writing. Unauthorized pets may result in eviction and fees. SMOKING Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the unit. Violation will result in additional cleaning charges. MAINTENANCE & RIGHT OF ENTRY Guest agrees Agent may enter the property as necessary for repairs, inspections, emergencies, or rule enforcement. INDEMNIFICATION & HOLD HARMLESS Guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Owner and ISLA SPI Rentals LLC from all claims, damages, injuries, or losses arising from Guest's stay or use of the property.

Booked very last minute and the reservation was made and confirmed with details with ease! Beautiful home, private and was perfect distamce to the beach. The outdoor shower was a life saver, with a little one and beach things to rinse off. Beautiful balcony, with the most beautiful tree. Wonderful location! 20 minute walk to Gravity Park, you can walk down the street and see the bayside sunset! The house was decorated with nautical accents, which was really cute. Awesome little spot. The pool was great for us and our 4 yr old. Quiet and not lots of traffic! We loved the little walk done to the bayside. Met some of the locals and a few dogs on the way. Cute! - (Jul 2021)

This spot was absolutely perfect! As a property manager myself, I have rather high expectations on how properties are maintained and the manner in which customer service is provided. I was not disappointed! Check in/out was a breeze, contacting the host was never an issue, the space was tastefully decorated and impeccably clean!
