We had a great end of the year celebration at SPI. The apartment was in great condition, clean and with all the amenities needed. The staff was friendly and always available. The building is well maintained as well as the pool area. We would stay again for sure. - (Jan 2023 - Airbnb)

Overall it was a really nice resort, room, and amenities. Downside was that the heater wasn't working, and it took a few days to fix it. This was extremely frustrating since more than half of our vacation was in a cold condo. However, assuming this problem is fixed, I would recommend this resort and condo. - (Nov 2022 - Airbnb)

Very lovely place to stay! Even though its only on the 5th floor you still have absolutely beautiful views of the ocean. You can see spacex launch facility if you look off to the right of the balcony. Was very clean and beautifully decorated! Check in was super easy , parking is also very easy! We didn't meet too many members of staff bit those who we did meet were lovely and very helpful! The only tiny negative thing, and it has nothing to do with the apartment, was that the pool was quite cold but luckily there is a hot tub nearby! Overall, worth every penny! After learning the Sapphire pool was under construction, as well as the Pearl pool, we had to readjust our vacation plans. Everything turned out great! We were allowed to use the neighboring pool on Monday for free and spent the rest of our water time in the ocean. The six of us all agreed the beds were very comfortable. - (Feb 2022 - Airbnb)

condo was very nice, but we were disappointed to learn of the pool being closed for resurfacing (likely thru mid-Feb). It was very loud and dusty at times. Lovely condo in a beautiful resort right on the beach. We have stayed at Sapphire twice now and love it every time. The resort has great amenities (pool, hot tub, gym, theater, game room) and very helpful staff. This condo is large and well appointed. Beds are super comfy. There are limited toiletries and paper products (as disclosed in the details), so plan accordingly. Also bring your own beach towels.
