We loved that we could walk directly out to the beach. The grass in front of the door made it easier to not take sand inside. The outside shower was great too. The bathrooms were very tight and turning on the microwave tripped the switch which in turn turned off both microwave and refrigerator. Everything else was good and clean. - (Jul 2024 - Airbnb)

el lugar tiene una ubicacion increible a unos cuantos pasos de la playa, el area de estacionamiento con el cajon designado hizo todo mas practico. En la casa hay de todo incluso una pequena parrilla. Always a 5 star stay with La Playa. This is my 3rd time staying at this complex. I appreciate how quiet and private the units feels. It has a nice, carpet grassed area just off the patio. Beach access is right there! They made some update since my last stay which includes a comfy sectional couch, new stove and ceiling fans. Unit was clean, clean pool, location is great, nice views! The manager is really responsive to my questions. This is a family friendly place, so if you want to get loud and rowdy this likely isn't for you. The location is amazing, right on the beach. But the apartment needs a good cleaning. Stuff on walls, and kitchen utensils were old weathered. Pots and pans not too clean. 
They have just basic toiletries enough for a day of use. No oil, no coffee, no tea nothing at all. So stock up on groceries and stuff. Even paper towels.

The condo was perfect with a great ocean front view. Patio area feels very private with a nice grassy area and beach access a few steps away. The complex itself is very quiet and well maintained. The location is absolutely the best! Walk out onto the grass and onto the beach ... shower off before returning inside. Lovely! The kitchen is very well stocked, making cooking a breeze. The place was very clean, too. The internet worked very well in the living area and master bedroom, but was a little spottier if you try to "zoom" from the other two bedrooms. The two bathrooms are very functional, but small (fine for us, but good for others to know). Great place! Highly recommend! We will be back. :) - (May 2021 - Airbnb)

This place has a fabulous view... however the interior needs a major update. The furniture has seen better days and the bathrooms, kitchen need to be fully redone. If you simply want beach access and a view, and the condition of the space is not an issue than this is the place for you. Truly enjoyed our stay, Patty was extremely friendly and helpful. The ability to take our dog was great and the ability to open the sliding door and walk out to grass - a few steps away from the beach was amazing.
