We loved this place, we had a beautiful ocean view with beach access. Walkable to arcade and other island attractions. Restrooms were clean with plenty of towels. The only thing I recommend is for darker curtains in the master but other than that this place was perfect. - (Apr 2024 - Airbnb)

What a great value! Although the kitchen and bathrooms may be a little outdated, they are still in great working order. The place was a good size for our group of 6, it was easy to find, and check-in & check-out were a breeze. The view was lovely and the walk to the beach was short. I especially liked that this was more of a family-friendly place, so it was quiet and laid back. I also like that it is a small gem nestled between the multi-story condos and hotels. This condo was exactly what we wanted for our trip to S.Padre Island. the location was amazing, right on the beach. For the most part the property was as described. The bathrooms need updating, showers were very small and dark and didn't have great water pressure. AC worked well in kitchen living room but the rooms had a really tough time keeping cool. The room with 2 single beds really needs some sort of blackout curtains or something as the lights from the walkway are blinding inside at night and we had to hang garbage bags for the kids to sleep. 
Outside lighting at night was good, pool was nice, place was nice and quiet, nice backyard grassy area. 2 of the security front security gates with keypads to the parking area didn't work and look like they havnt worked for a long time. 
Excellent beach access, and beach views. Nice to sit on balcony and listen/ watch the waves. 
Realize this place in on the inside of 2 outside units so you only have a straight forward beach view.
