Great location! Close to the beach and beach area was away from hotels so there weren't many people around. Condo was clean and bed was comfortable. The living room tv had the speakers blown out but was still usable. We couldn't get the bedroom tv to function. All very minor issues. Isla-SPI Rentals literally saved our family vacation. Our previously booked Airbnb cancelled on us within an 1 1/2 hour of our check in time. We booked last minute with SPI and within 30 minutes of requesting to book we were checked into our stay with SPI. The home was very welcoming and clean. The a/c was even turned on for us and place was cool for us on a scorching hot weekend. We were located a short walking distance to the beach so this was AMAZING and the pool was a perfect size to relax in the evening after being at beach all day long. There's is a convenient rinse off station located at the gate that leads to the beach so we could rinse off and go straight to pool instead of having to wash off at our stay. LP 101 is much nicer in person than the images. 
Living room had plenty of seating area, kitchen was fully stocked, restroom was spacious and bedroom was spacious. The view is amazing. We were happy the unit had its own BBQ grill and didn't have to go the pool area. 
Easy and convenient access to the beach. 
The only thing that was not a plus was all the noice from the family upstairs. We could not sleep in any of the days we stayed as you would hear the running, stomping and playing from the two small children. Aside from that, we enjoyed our stay. - (Aug 2021)
