We've stayed at La Playa for years. The advantages are that it's a super small complex that is quiet, family-friendly, and all units have a beautiful beach view. This complex is super close to the beach with a short, private walkway. La Playa is in the middle of the island and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Management is friendly and helpful; for example, this unit needed a new coffee pot and they delivered one within an hour. This unit is pet friendly and has a fully stocked kitchen and beach supplies. We will continue to stay at La Playa, but I wouldn't stay at this unit again. It needs a deep clean and furniture/appliance upgrades. Ceilings and walls have visible mold and stains. We saw roaches twice. Lots of rust stains and dust on fixtures and furniture. Towels and sheets were very thin and old. Bed was a bare, unlined mattress with a foam topper that had an unfitted sheet that kept sliding off. Beach is always great, but we would choose a different unit next time. - (Jun 2023 - Airbnb)

We loved our stay here, it was a beautiful place to stay right on the beach and very clean!! Hosts were very friendly and made us feel right at home. Amazing beachfront location! The view is stunning and the short walk to the beach perfect. Apartment is older but clean with minor disadvantages like too much light from outside hall at night. Bring a sleep mask! Plenty of hot water, comfortable bed, nice TV, furnishings in great shape, kitchen clean and well appointed. We were very comfortable during the three nights. You can walk to restaurants, stores and coffee places. Pool is ok but not great. For us, the view and access to the beautiful beach made up for the very few inconveniences. - (Jul 2022 - Airbnb)

Perfect location! Small condo complex close to the beach and in the middle of shops and dining. Chair and umbrella rentals available at the beach entry. This condo was clean, nicely updated and has a well stocked kitchen. Our daughter loved having her own bed in the hallway.
