Simple beach condo with a great location! The ocean views from the second floor were a definite plus and would not have been visible from the ground floor. The king sized bed was comfy, and it was nice being in a private, gated complex with its own private walkway down to the beach. As there were no super large complexes in the immediate area, the beach was not overcrowded which was nice. The only downsides to this condo was 1) minor toilet issues with the water not turning off 2) the bedroom was quite bright at night due to outside lighting.curtains could go a long way in there 3) for additional privacy after dark, curtains could also be helpful in the living area as the sliding door to the balcony had no type of coverage. Nice place, really enjoyed the time spent here. Great location being right on the beach with the short walkway taking you to the beautiful sandy shores. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean. Amazing sea views. The bed was really comfy. All the kitchen utensils and pots you'll need. Close to a supermarket as well which was very handy. Absolutely loved this spot! The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed.. but the real highlight was the private beach access. Being able to walk straight to the sand from the building was amazing. The view at sunrise was unreal. Tons of restaurants, coffee spots, and activities all within walking distance too. We've stayed at La Playa for years. The advantages are that it's a super small complex that is quiet, family-friendly, and all units have a beautiful beach view. This complex is super close to the beach with a short, private walkway. La Playa is in the middle of the island and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Management is friendly and helpful; for example, this unit needed a new coffee pot and they delivered one within an hour. This unit is pet friendly and has a fully stocked kitchen and beach supplies. We will continue to stay at La Playa, but I wouldn't stay at this unit again. It needs a deep clean and furniture/appliance upgrades. Ceilings and walls have visible mold and stains. We saw roaches twice. Lots of rust stains and dust on fixtures and furniture. Towels and sheets were very thin and old. Bed was a bare, unlined mattress with a foam topper that had an unfitted sheet that kept sliding off. Beach is always great, but we would choose a different unit next time. - (Jun 2023 - Airbnb)

We loved our stay here, it was a beautiful place to stay right on the beach and very clean!! Hosts were very friendly and made us feel right at home.
