Had a great stay over Memorial Day weekend. The condo was exactly as described and you are literally steps away from the beach. The condo was dog friendly and the first floor location made it a perfect stay for our pups. You're walking distance from Louie's Backyard, Tequila Sunrise and other SPI hot spots. The bedding & linens were clean and the A/C kept us nice and cool after a hot day at the beach. Check-in / Check-out times are a bit out of the norm (4:00 PM / 10:00 AM), but it worked out for us. Will definitely be going back again sometime soon. - (May 2023)

Amazing location- second time to bring my family here for a beach vacay! Everything was great except a slight gnat problem on the condo ... probably from the broken watermelon someone left outside the entrance. A really great beach right out the back door. condo could use some updates- paint and furniture refresh. lots of visible rust, but that happens to a place right on the beach. Great condo, very spacious and clean. The beds are comfortable and everything one could need, is provided. The extra powder room is a nice touch, especially with a group of five. The La Playa condos are a great place for a beach vacation. The Beach is right in the backyard with a beautiful view from the condo. Patty and her husband are wonderful host who are very friendly and professional. My family and I look forward to staying at the La Playa condos next summer. - (Jun 2019)
