Friendly atmosphere, walking distance to restaurants, shopping centers, grocery stores and night clubs. Great for families. There is a coin operated laundromat onsite. BBQ grilling is allowed away from the building. Entertainment is just steps away from fire works display to horse back riding, paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing, miniature golf and fine dining this place is sure to make vacation memorable.

Really great spot if you're looking to visit the island for a few days, especially for families. Unit has 2 bedrooms as well as 2 baths, and the half bath was large enough for us to set-up our pack-in-play for our toddler. The condos are gated and has its own beach access with a hose and shower to rinse off with when you return from the beach. Unit 110 is on the side of the complex so the patio feels more private and has a nice grass space in front of it. It is very convenient to go back and forth to the beach, and if you forget something or have a kid who needs to go to the bathroom, it is a quick walk back to the condo. Also, the beach space in front of the condos was less crowded than the areas to the left and right in front of some of the larges condos.
