Our condo at La Playa Condominiums has been managed by Patty and Jimmy Brown (Isla Property Management). They manage the condo as if it is their own, very hands on. Their response to any issue is prompt no matter the issue—anything from trouble connecting to the internet to a plumbing problem.  Because they’re so connected to the South Padre Island community, they do a great job of screening repair services and using the best. They also look out for potential problems with an eye toward cost savings for the owner. Their cleaning crew is first class. They will keep a keen eye on our condo and inform us of all rental activity so we don’t worry. These are all things that are import to us, but the real bonus for using Patty and Jimmy, is that they are genuinely nice people which makes both the renters and owners happy.
