The space
This EXCLUSIVE condo has a BOUTIQUE style all its own.
We are located on a quieter street, mid island, and ARE next to Bougainvillea Circle Beach Access point #14. A short walk, less than a block AWAY, are the stunning views and access to the ONLY TROPICAL beach IN TEXAS and Gulf of Mexico.
We recently completed a head-to-toe renovation and transformation DECEMBER 2023 WITH bright colors with contemporary and luxury finishes throughout.
Master Bedroom/Bath: Find quiet privacy and rest in the master bedroom, furnished with AN LED queen bed, and 50-inch Smart TV. The ensuite master bath has an LED Mirror, UPSCALE CONTEMPORARY FINISHES AND A RAIN SHOWER HEAD
Living Area: After a day of fun and adventure, relax in style and comfort with a queen sleeper sofa in the living area, contemporary chair/ottoman, LED FIREPLACE and 55-inch Smart TV. The guest bathroom is accessible from hallway and features a walk-in shower WITH MODERN LUXURY FINISHES. Designed for families with CHILDREN, are built-in twin bunk beds.
Kitchen and Dining: The chef in the family will appreciate the modern, fully equipped kitchen. Appliances available to our guests are ice maker, new whirlpool refrigerator and GLASS TOPPED electric stove and oven, new whirlpool dishwasher, Keurig Coffee maker, Cuisinart 4 slice toaster, Blender, dishware/cups, and silverware.
Outdoor living: After your adventures, rinse off the sand in the outdoor shower. Step into THE private backyard and RELAX BY THE POOL IN an oasis with lush landscaping, LOUNGERS, ample seating, and A COZY FIREPLACE. Prepare a feast with the new Weber Grill or curl up with your favorite book on ANY NUMBER OF COUCHES OR CHAIRS.

Parking: Each guest will have space designated for Two standard sized automobiles on the property.

The condo was perfect for our 2 night stay! The place was comfortable and looked exactly like the listing. 2 minute walk from beach access made it easy to carry our stuff over during the day, and pop back over for fireworks at night and sunrise in the morning! We especially loved the beautiful pool area with sun loungers (felt private, only shared by 4 units) and we had a whole barbecue using the grill and outdoor dining area. Outdoor shower and 2 showers inside was super convenient for all 4 adults to get clean at the same time after the beach :) If 4 adults, 2 need to be willing to sleep on the sorta small bunk beds in the common area, but it worked for 6 foot men in our case, and we all went to bed at the same time.
