Also provide your guests with a spacious layout, great amenities, and the convenience of being just a few steps from the beach! Upstairs you'll find the main level, featuring the open concept kitchen, dining, and living areas. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, and cooking utensils and has plenty of counter space for preparing home cooked meals, two bedrooms.
Downstairs you will find a glow in the dark game room that offers a pool table, arcade games,darts and foosball and two additional bedrooms. Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer machine etc.
Go for a refreshing dip in the sparkling swimming pool, layout under the sun on one of the poolside loungers, or cook up a delicious meal on the built-in BBQ grill !

Great house, great location, great host! Both the owner and SPI were ever responsive. We had a question about the spa, they sent someone over and FaceTimed to show me how to operate it. The propane was empty for the outdoor grill, it was replaced by the time we came back from the beach. Location is across the street from the beach entrance, east access. The pool was such a great alternative to the beach as well. AC worked great in all rooms and the game room was pretty cool too! Again, the host SPI was very responsive both via the app and calls. Great place, a little old style but very spacious, totally worth what we paid for. Keep in mind that in the first floor the hot and cold water are opposite of what the handle shows, so yes, there is hot water.
