Our first visit to South Padre Island. Highly recommend this condo! The view from the balcony can't be beat! Beautiful! We ate at several different restaurants and they were all delicious! Went horseback riding on the beach, went to several souvenir shops and rode the go-carts at Adventure Island Park. Really enjoyed the large patio with nice beach right outside. The bedroom has really thick curtains that basically black it out. Only mild issue is the complex's pool could have been cleaner. We still swam every day though. - (May 2024 - Airbnb)

The check in process was a bit frustrating and confusing . I wish we had more towels and an extra set of bed linens for the number of days that we stayed. It would have also have been helpful to have a removable hand sprayer for the shower in the unit to rinse all the sand or have a shower/sprayer right before you step into the property to rinse the sand off . Overall this a beautiful condo that looks exactly like the pictures we ate breakfast on the balcony overlooking the ocean every morning we didn't want to leave. Only one of the elevators was working so wait times for an elevator were long however I think we were have such a good time we didn't care just made small talk with the other couples who were waiting. Great location. We never moved our car after arriving we pretty much walked everywhere the beach is literally on the property. This is a great pick for some R&R with your love. Beautiful location with a perfect view of the water. Each morning we had breakfast on the balcony (it seemed much more spacious in person than in the photos) and in the evening we would kick back and read to the sound of the waves. Adorable beach decor throughout, spacious shower and huge king sized bed, plenty of closet space and drawers, and a full kitchen made the unit comfortable and welcoming. We also enjoyed the pool - which offered its own great view of the beach - as well as the convenient beach access. Parking was beneath the building so we didn't have to leave the car out in the heat of the day. Overall the experience was everything we wanted and then some. Beautiful place with an amazing view. Even on rainy days we had the perfect view over the ocean and could listen to the waves. The condo itself had everything we needed and more. The freezer has an icecube maker which was nice. Everything was very clean. The building itself is older, 1 hot tub was under construction and second one was finally fixed the last day we there. The condo is on the 7th floor, which is no problem unless the elevator does not work. May was the perfect time to visit SPI, plenty of parking spots, the beach was not overly crowded and neither was the pool. I am already looking forward to our next trip to SPI. - (May 2023 - Airbnb)

This space has a great view of the Gulf from the balcony and you can hear the waves hitting the shore at all points during the day. You have easy access to the beach and aren't too far from the Nature Center as well as Sea Turtle, Inc. The road to the northern sand dunes isn't too far either. Perfect for 2! View is perfect, location is great, away from the craziness of the southern part of the island but easy to walk or ride the shuttle to get anywhere.
