We had a great stay! The condo was clean and in a very convenient location- close to shops, restaurants and supermarket within walking distance. The views are amazing and really easy to get to the beach. Parking was never a problem. Mgmt was a bit unresponsive. The place didn't have any beach equipment like wagon, beach chairs, umbrella, etc. but not a big deal. Wish it had keyless entry. Overall, was a very clean and beautiful place with a spectacular view of the gulf and the beach. My granddaughter and I hunted crabs on the beach one night. Caught about 10 little sand crabs and one pretty good size one. Went and showed off our prizes to the 2 yo and wife then went and released them all back. - (Jul 2024 - Airbnb)

Was a really nice stay!! beautiful views of the beach and everything was exactly as pictured. It accommodated my family perfectly for our week trip. They have a nice pool and hot tub as well and great security at this rental so not anyone can just come into the property which we enjoyed feeling safe & private & having our own private beach access. Everyone was very nice as well who lived or stayed at the property no issues whatsoever. The elevator did have issues the day of checking out due to excessive heat but they where very understanding about it and understood that we where going to be a little behind on checkout because we had to do the stairs glad they where understanding about that and nice. beautiful view of ocean everyday. we stopped eating out because the kitchen and view was better than restaurants. Did have downstairs neighbors complain about noisy chairs at dinner, maybe needs a leg softener pads. the condo was very clean and the kids pool was semi-heated which was very nice on a cloudy day. overall will come again, thank you. - (May 2024 - Airbnb)

We found our new SPI vacation home!! we absolutely loved our stay. The unit was spotless, the beds and pillows were so comfortable. The view is incredible. Short and easy walk to the beach!! Great place. Great view 10th floor. Quite peaceful compared to other places. Bathrooms and kitchen are all upgraded. It needs a combo lock on the entry door though as well as a filtered water for use. All good though. - (Oct 2023 - Airbnb)
