We enjoyed our stay at Gulfview. Very clean, basic toiletries included, close walk to the beach, smart tvs in each room and comfortable beds. My only complaint was that the remote in the master bedroom didn't have batteries but not important enough to bring down the rating of this place. We will be staying here again - (Jul 2022 - Airbnb)

This is an older facility. However, it is at a great location, well maintained and quiet. The room is clean, spacious and full of kitchen amenities. It would be better if it has a coffee maker, salt, pepper, sugar and some spices. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tubs. Love to watch people BBQ and diner out at the pool too. The condo is a cozy little apartment, with comfy sofa and arm chair, a small kitchen with the essentials and a dining table. TVs are in each living room and the two bedrooms. 
Beds are very comfortable and the location on the first floor by the blue swimming pool, plus one hot tub, adds to the feel one is on vacation. It's also an easy short walk to the beach and if you have a Tesla, a supercharging station is very conveniently located just two/three hundred yards away. 
There is no dishwasher so it's a bit of a chore, but we knew that so this is not a complaint but certainly a factor to be considered. We found only three normal ceramic bowls but we were told that the owner will replace the missing ones, (many people don't like eating food which happens to be microwaved in plastic dishes/bowls). 
There was a bit of miscommunication which delayed our check in a bit. I suggest that future guests booking the property, request Airbnb/Property management to email all instructions to access the property upon full payment so everything is clear before initiating the travel. 
The apartment was clean but the floors were dusty apparently because they had been installed just before our arrival. WiFi was so, so but while we were there, the entire complex was being rewired with ethernet cables in each condo so it should be much better for the next guests. 
Altogether it was a very good vacation, the apartment is very nice for four people and we recommend it to the point we may rent it again. - (Jan 2022 - Airbnb)

This place is clean and cozy with a very nice pool and hot tub. The WiFi password had been changed and we never got the new one, so it was a shame not having that amenity. Also, the kitchen is not particularly well stocked-- bring salt and pepper, cooking oil, everything. There are dishes and there were some skillets to use. The beach is a couple parking lots' traverse away, so maybe bring a wagon if you have little ones or a lot of gear. It's a great stretch of beach. - (Sep 2021 - Airbnb)

We had a relaxing time at the condo. It is a cozy place in which we felt we were at home. 
The unit had everything we needed. The pool is quite big, and the club house is very family friendly. The beach is a little far but we used a sport wagon to move everything there.

Nice and spacious foe our family of 5, close to everything.. The pool is huge and there are 2 hot tubs that are all cleaned each morning which is nice. Communication was great we arrived and didn't have any wristbands for the pool area, our host got them to our door within 20 min. - (Jun 2021)

A great spot thats just a short walk to the beach! The pool and hot tub on location are really nice to relax in after a day on the beach. The accommodations are nice with plenty of room to relax and cook a meal or just sit around a visit. Would recommend to those seeking a quiet place to spend a few days at South Padre! (pro tip - if you are looking for a nice bar stop go see Jorge at the Seaside Grill right at the beach entrance by the Holiday Inn, you can walk there so you don't need to worry about driving ) - (Apr 2021)
