We stayed here with our three teenage children over Christmas. Unfortunately, the weather was not good, but we were very comfortable in the apartment, cooking, playing board games, and watching movies. The view is great. We did get out on the beach to walk and play soccer and volleyball, in spite of the cold. Apartment is not super fancy but very nice and very clean. We are so excited to be returning to SeaVista! The staff is so friendly. A gated community with heated pool/whirlpool, pickleball, bbq, grass areas for beanbags, and private access to the beach. Walking distance to the Ghetty to fish, watch dolphins, catch a sunset. Also close to the Visitor Center to catch a free shuttle for SPI/PI. The owners of the Condo have it decorated beautifully and everything we needed to feel like a home-away-from-home. Large windows with views of the Gulf, from the main bedroom, living room or kitchen. This was a Beautiful, well stocked, clean and AMAZING Condo. The view was phenomenal. Big enough for my family and everything inside was well kept, nice appliances more than accommodating. The bathrooms are gorgeous and the showers were so refresing with dual heads. The beach has private access and even a shower to clean off. The property was beautiful and quiet and well maintained. The unit was clean and the facility was nice. The balcony view is amazing and the beach access is perfect. The kitchen is well-appointed, there were plenty of towels, and the beds were comfy. Perfect place for a family getaway if you love the beach. We had a great time. 
 
If you are counting on WiFi for something important, maybe check with the host to make sure it's in order because it was completely out during our stay and quite inconvenient. Despite this, the host was very responsive and tried their best to help. - (Jun 2021)

This condo is located on the corner of the building, which provided a wonderful wrap around patio. The beach views are to die for, and is so convenient to get to the beach. They recently remodeled this condo and it was a wonderful surprise. Would stay here again and again! - (May 2021)
