Everything you need for beach is available in condo. Toys , chairs and games . Kids enjoyed all amenities available , beach access and heated pool was great bonus! Everything you need in kitchen was available. Never left the condo area everything we needed was right there! Condo was extremely clean and building was extremely nice. Not much more I can say than what others have shared. It's bright, clean, roomy, great bathrooms, great views, (you do have the Peal rooftop in your view but you just turn a little to the right and it disappears) and covered parking. Check in was easy (Hotel Style). Everything but the resort fee was handled via ABNB. Communication was good. 
**I will say that you should inquire to see if construction is still going on at the Pearl as we had two days of non-stop jackhammers (That part of construction may be over now). We were unable to leave the door open and enjoy the surf during the day. It was not mentioned to us.

This condo property is top notch. We have come to this location multiple times and enjoyed our stay. It's clean, friendly, beautiful pool (not heated), access to the beach, restaurants within walking and the condos are always well well taken care of. 
 
This is a yearly vacation spot for us and we will most likely be back to Saphire Condos again next year. 
 
This unit specifically has a split view - from the kitchen island looking out, you won't be able to see the beach or the oven with an obstructed view of the hotel next door. But the pictures that are posted of the balcony view can be achieved.

My family and I had a wonderful stay. We came for the weekend to celebrate my sister's and my niece's birthdays. It was a wonderful, quiet, family friendly location. The condo and the amenities were outstanding. I really enjoyed being able to rent one of the cabanas by the pool and highly recommend them. The place is very nice and the family enjoyed the getaway. Beach is fabulous. There were some hiccups at the check-in and room was not ready when we got there, however, Patty responded fast and took care of it. We look forward to going back there again.

This location is stupendous!! Lots nearby for restaurants and things to do, gorgeous beach and lovely facilities. The views are very good, although the floor isn't quite high enough to see over the one building, having the private bay-facing balcony, in addition to the beach views, made it totally worthwhile. - (Aug 2020)

Best views on South Padre Island!!! Balconies on the gulf side and the bay side!! Huge swimming pool. The condo is great. The kitchen is very well stocked -- dishes, pans, blender, toaster and lots of spices. The bed in the master was super comfy. Beach toys, towels and chairs -- everything you need. Great place! Would stay again, but a side-note for others, there isn't an actual dining table in the place. Just a counter with 3 stools. We made it work by having TV picnics, but it would have helped to know this. - (Aug 2020)
