This is a lovely 8-plex building with a private pool and hot tub for the owners/renters in a quiet bayside street. I felt very safe and comfortable during my 3-month stay. I could not get the TV in the living room to work but after calling they came and re-started the router and that fixed the problem. The power did go out one day for about 3 hours and that messed up the exterior lighting on the building as they were on a timer. I did have to call the property management company 3 times before they came to reset the timer. The pool and hot tub were our of service for about 2 1/2 weeks due to resurfacing. This was very disappointing as this was a major factor in renting at this complex. The coffee pot died and after I called the host, they brought me a new one the same day! One morning it was very windy and one of the living room windows blew into the living room floor and broke, apparently it wasn't installed properly. I had a minor inconvenience with the AC but they were very responsive and sent someone out to get the problem fixed right away. Aside from that, the condo was great. Very peaceful and family friendly. We had the pool to ourselves all weekend & location was perfect. The condo itself was clean and they had a new washer and dryer which was definitely a plus for us after coming back from the pool or beach. Would book again. - (May 2023 - Airbnb)

To be completely honest the interior design gave a relaxing beach vacation vibes . we had an amazing time with our stay. Very Nice location. we had a very great time & walking distance to the beach. everything was well kept. great communication with the property management. 10/10 recommend - (Jul 2022)

We came for Father's Day wknd and it was a lovely quant condo. Lovely small pool area. Quiet yet lovely for families. Away from the beach n party animals but close enough to everything. Plenty of space and amenities minus no soap in bathrooms. The dish washer leaked so we had to wash by hand but otherwise lovely. Bring plenty of towels and extra blankets the beds have a thinner bed spread which is great if your more prone to be hot.
