We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. There was easy access to the beach, the space was beautiful, and we felt at home. There were only two glitches, #1 we were unable to access the wifi with the information provided (no biggie), and #2 parking for 2 cars was very difficult. I definitely recommend only bringing 1 vehicle if you're able. The parking for one vehicle was very easy, but parking for the second one was a nightmare. All in all, it was an absolutely wonderful stay, and we would do it again (but with only 1 car next time). - (Jul 2023 - Airbnb)

The condo was just as the pictures show. The doors to the sliding mirror closets were worn and rusted. There were bugs in the kitchen area, so we kept food sealed and washed any utensils before using. The view is amazing and so close to the beach we went multiple times a day. Something that happens on the beach that we didn't know about at night people go out and hunt ghost crabs with flashlights, so on our 2nd and 3rd nights, we took our child out to participate. For the most part our stay was great. Plenty of space for our children and ourselves, quick access to the beach, beds were comfortable. The Renters were quick to respond when we had an issue. Cons: our AC was out and it felt a bit warm. We were able to come to an agreement with our renters (they did send someone out within an hour to check it out), but it did make our stay a bit uncomfortable at night. Also, we would see small roaches running around in the kitchen area. We were told they had just fumigated so it could've been the remaining ones, but still, wasn't expecting that. We came down to SPI for my mini birthday vacation and we expected just a regular place for us to sleep, but it was much more than that. This condo was extremely beautiful, from the rooms to sleep in, all the way to the breathtaking beach view from our balcony. We were able to wake up with the sunrise and the gentle crashing of the waves. During the day we had a choice to go to the beach, pool and/or jacuzzi. And when the night time came we enjoyed the nearby restaurants that we were able to walk to. We were pleasantly surprised with this home and we are definitely looking forward to coming here in years to come.
